It sounds like you problem is a pump fault. Check that the filter is cleaned out regularly especially in a large usage environment. The spin will not be able to spin fast enough if water is still in the drum. This could also break the main drive belt. You say is spins slowly ? It shouldn't advance to the spin mode if the water level is still cantained in the drum.
