my steam generator iron model 42244 is only 8 months old and it has stopped steaming!! ive been in touch with morphy richards and they said i need a new one and offered me discount to purchase a new one! I wouldnt mind but I purchased it as it had a 2 year guarantee with it!! ive always used the correct water in it and replaced cartridges often as we live in a hard water area! can you help please?
