Condensation on AEG Lavatherm 57700

Hi all, I have an AEG Lavatherm 57700. I recently replaced the fan belt, then a few days later a new problem. The drying cycle works fine in that the clothes become dry. However, water droplets are collecting along the top of the door. There is no water in the reservoir after drying.

Upon discovering this condensation issue, I did clean the condenser which was caked with lint, but the condensation problem is still occurring.

Does the water pump require replacing, or could it be another problem? Thanks in advance!

As an update, I took the dryer apart and found that the white wheel seems broken. That is, the white plastic shaft does not connect to the spinning metal shaft as the plastic shaft seems damaged . What is that white plastic wheel called and what is it's purpose? Should it be connected to the metal shaft? Could the fact that it is broken be causing the condensation? Thanks!
