washing cicle not working?

My washing machine simpson esprit 550 starts well, fills-up with water but doesn't start the washing cicle, the timer keeps running and then all other cicles work okay...the only problem is that it doesn't wash...can anyone help?

Call a service company to come out. It may be a faulty timer or a forward reverse control module fault or a wiring problem. You need a multimeter and knowledge of what to test to track it down. Not an easy DIY fix.
