Had a paper jam which I cleared but now it wont print from computer, scanner or photo card slot. Lcd screen lights up and shows that it is printing but nothing happens. I think I got all the bits of torn paper out and have tried to open case to make sure but have not been successful in doing this. Also tried moving print head manually but it is firmly stuck at the right hand of its track

it sounds like you do not have a paper jam any longer, correct? I mean when you try to print does it pop up on the screen that there is a jam? What I think the problem is, is that the printer put everything you asked it to do , on hold. So you need to go into your control panel, click on printers and scanners, once you see your printer, right click properties. depending on your operating system, you should see a cancel all documents. click on it . once everything is all clear then try to print again
