My caravan is 2years old and has developed a leak in the roof at the ventilisation shaft. The make is a Swift Bordeaux and we have had silicone put on the screw heads on the mushroom. The water is entering on the outside of the sleeve in the ventilisation shaft so the problem is not with the screws. Can you suggest a remedy? Than you.

However if the caravan is only 2 yrs old and is a static that means to me a crap design. However it seems the website has no company contact. Keep eye out on this forum someone may come up with a solution.
