I attempted to install update on USB and did everything correct. However, the unit froze up and just displayed the philips screen. I had to turn off at mains after waiting 2 hours. Now I can't use machine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated apart from throw it away, which is looking likely! Out of warrantly so Philips were now use. Thanks
