peugeot 306 xsi won't start?

I have a peugeot 306 2.0 XSi 1999. The car turns over ok but there is no spark. I can smell fuel at the engine. I thought it might be the crankshaft sensor so changed this but there is no difference. I have also tested the coil pack and the ICM relay mounted on the fire wall and they test out OK.
Anybody got any ideas as to what I should check next?
