the van turn over and the dorsal not coming from the pump to the injectors the diesal lift pump then the diesal come through the pipe to the injectors and it won't start

Hard to understand your question but can you hear the primary pump in the tank when you switch on the ignition? Have you checked the filter? When you check it have a look at the bottom of the housing for metal filings,these are bad for pumps breaking up causing major damage to the fuel system,also check fuel pipes and connections for drawing air
