Hi I was just wondering if anyone could help me I have a Peugeot speedfight2 100cc ped and everytime I put the spark plug in it jolt and it wont start at all also the lights wont work everytime we try and start it it just won't start its got fuel and oil it ticks over but won't fire up just bogs we've changed the spark plug and charged the battery it has new fuel and new oil can anyone help.thankyou.
