Iveco Tector 75e17 wont rev past 1600rpm?

Hi, I have an Iveco Tector 75e17 2002 truck. It starts fine and revs to +- 1650rpm. It wont rev past this.

Hi, I can recommend a chap called Fred who sorted ours (the ultimate modern lorry brain and all round decent chap 07870 362825) he saved us a fortune, nothing this guy doesn't know about modern lorries. Others had failed miserably. he knew just from a few words what our problems was... Amazing guy..!
