1986 Fiat Ducato Motorhome,heater/demister motor very noisy?

How to source new heater/demister motor which is very noisy - 1886 Fiat Ducato LHD 2.5 diesel. Is it accessible from inside cab? Does whole dash have to be removed - not DIY job? Always assuming part is miraculously still obtainable. Any help appreciated!
