Aqua Tronic 1 plus not working?

Although power is coming from the pull cord connection the shower has just stopped working, does anyone know what it could be?

Be absolutely sure there is 240volts at the shower,when you try to start it.Sometimes the pull switch burns up so voltage gets to the shower when it is not on but dies when you try to start it. Other than that test the solenoid coil is getting voltage,if so the coil will require replacing
