I got the car and the headlight contrils where cut off, i re-wired them in and didnt seem to work, played with the wires a bit and a small spark came and now the car will not start and all lights are on the dashboard. when i turn the key to ignition the headlights come on but nothing will go off or controls wont work and car wont start.
