My pvr humax 9300t locks when switched on with PVR-9300T on the unit screen. Pressing menu button, switching off to reboot nothing changes. Unpluged aerial connection, pressed menu button, nothing changes 9300t remains on screen. Unit tries to reboot itself every few minutes. (Loader version a4.39 load application 100%). Any suggestions please??

I had to disconnect my Humax box because the painter was coming to do my full house. When I tried to get it working again I had frozen screen, no programmes etc. Try these steps.

Please follow the steps below to perform a Default reset;

Power OFF the receiver
Disconnect the Aerial cable
Power On the receiver
Press MENU
Select Installation
Enter your password (default = 0000)
Select Default Setting
Select YES
Enter your password (Default = 0000)
When the receiver restarts, power off
Connect the Aerial Cable
Power ON – the receiver will then search for the channels.
