my Tevion 1940HT tv shows the blue DVB screen but no menu to navigate to retune the DVB is there a way to do this without the menu screen

Modern TV sets can display input signals from various input sources

DTV
SCART
VGA
HDMI 1
HDMI 2

There should ideally be a Source selector on the Remote control and on the TV too - it might say the word Source or it might be an icon of a screen with an arrow going into it.
