Fuel problem?

Hi I have a 03 plate vivaro the live wire to the pump in the tank lights up for about one second and goes out can anyone help

Tank pump on these is meant to run for about 2 seconds when the key is in the accessory position,
idea being it's to prime the fuel system.
So I'm not really sure what's your fault?
