hi all my turbo blew last night and white smoke was coming out the back what damage has been caused do I need new intercooler, a cat and defo new turbo but im unsure whether to repair it or sell car its a 2.2dci

It is difficult to determine if any damage will have been done,remove intercooler hoses and make sure all excess oil is removed if possible,fit the turbo and give it a go,it may take a good long run to clear all excess oil from your exhaust system and may smoke for a considerable period
