Elpine 2000W Convector Heater. Model: 31109c? 220-240v~50Hz?

It worked fine when I bought it last December. But now, when I plug it in, I get 2 red lights in switches come on and off when thermostat is turned, but NO heat!!!
Can anyone help/advise please.
