Under Windows 7 and probably 8: Open the controll pannel and click "Programms and functionalities".
From here, you can uninstall any of the applications that are installed.

For the cookies, don't be paranoid:
NO cookie can ever "run". They are just bits of text, although not in a human understandable form.

google-analytics and googlesyndication are beavioural trackers. You can set your router to block those two. They are used to present personalised addvertisements, nothing else.

The facebook and twitter onnes are related to the "Like" and "Tweet" buttons that show after the messages.

apis.google don't track anything.


General advice:
When installing ANYTHING:
ALWAYS read the various text. NEVER EVER blindly click throuhg the process.
ALWAYS decline any proposed or recomended items. They are always useless.
