The blade has stopped turning, even though the motor is running. I have dismantled it, checked the belt - it seemed fine but I replaced it anyway. Still no luck. I can move the blade by hand a small amount. Also, I've replaced the spacers so I know its not that. Any ideas? Many Thanks,
