When i pull the lever nothing comes out of the front jets but it comes out on the back windscreen which never has done before

Berlingo tank is in the front right inner wheel arch,
behind the plastic inner arch liner,
both pumps can be got to when the liner is out,
so possible short to live across the wires?
there's only 4.
or cheat and unplug the connectors and change them over that way at least you'll have fluid on the front glass.
