You're not using cheap supermarket petrol are you? Or doing lots of short runs on a cold engine?
Hope you're using decent petrol such as Shell V-Power Nitro+ or BP Ultimate. I wouldn't use cheap supermarket stuff.
Have you had the fault codes read?
