Fixing my dyson dc01?

I have replaced the belt on my dyson dc01 but the belt wanders off the spindle after a few mins any ideas all seems ok with the Hoover

could be the brush roll or the end bearings on it,and its not a hoover,(they better machines )

...reports that Dyson no longer offer spares for DC01 effective 2011.

It may be that the belt you have is not the correct size.

Can you compare the old and the new belts for length?
