Just brought a renault clio 1998 havin problems startin it wants 2 and wen it does cuts out again wen i stop at lights or road junctions. Not suee if it moberliser cos thats works inside with lockin doors but won.t lock them wen out ov car . Plus water comes out ov there . Please help 1st car as well .

Don`t think you have immobiliser problems but would make sure all your filters/plugs are clean and in good condition and may need plugged into a computer/code reader to see what fault codes are there and one more thing, do you realise the problems owners have with their Renaults? Just on this forum there are thousands of problems registered, mainly electrical issues, if there is one manufacturer I would steer clear of it is this one and French cars in general, good luck with your Clio, think you will need it.
