Ry10532 Chainsaw worm gear. Suggest ordering Husqvarna worm gear for their 340-345-350. It's on ebay. It needs to be modified slightly. 1.Shave off the four little tits with a razor blade. 2.Use a drill bit to enlarge the openings for the gear that turns the worm. All other specs are perfect. Did mine, and the oil is flowing

for the RY10532 the oil pump assembly (308541001) has been discontinued. I removed the worm gear found it needs replacing but can't find replacement nylon worm gear. Is there another worm gear that might work here?

On some of the ryobi saws there is a nylon drive behind the clutch.
remove side casing and clutch to get at it. they only pull out.
remove and check,as these are prone to strip the drive gear.

1) Pour oil in
2) Clear out oil hole

That's what I do, March 2015
