thanks cdc iv'e removed all the fixings i can see under the bonnet,looks like i will have to call a garage in

You seem to be having bother and I haven`t done one of these but the only way is to get in there with a torch to see what is preventing removal,have you also checked from the engine compartment for any fixings in there, good luck.
