The code is p0100 eml light only comes on when slowing from higher speed I have fitted new air .fuel filters and new maf car runs as normal no limp mode or other problems tried just resetting code but still get fault light

Think it is a 5 pin plug on these maf sensors and it may come down to checking the values of each pin individually and their continuity to the ecu itself,one thing that is a problem on these Corsas is the location of the ECU itself which can be prone to moisture and corrosion ingress,if you see a lot of corrosion around the seal/side then be suspicious, a good wiring diagram would be beneficial also,good luck
