hook timing out,hook point should pass just above needle eye .approx 2mm, when needle is in upward motion approx 5mm from bottom turning motion. remove bottom cover on machine and loosen screws holding hook drive , set timing as described and secure, test on zig zag and adjust again back or fore if not correct,also make sure needle point is approx 8mm above needle plate for correct travel
