Satellites 125 engine starts but revs are Iratic when twist throttle seems as though nothing there will rev up in a fashion but not correctly been told throttle body needs replacing?
A friend had a similar problem with his and was also told to change throttle body but it turned out the problem was to do with a split filter. He replaced the filter and everything was fine so worth checking before buying the new throttle body.

has it had the throttle potentiometer re-initialised with the computer, or go old school and check for air leaks , very common on this model is the inlet manifold splitting
