kenwood kcd1w dryer making humming noise and not turning?

My Kenwood Condenser Dryer Model KCD1W makes a humming noise without turning. It however turns when helped but does not continue on Reverse turn.

Although I suspect the motor Capacitor, does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
Does anyone know where to download the repair/Service manual?
