Hi i have an essentials 8.5 shower, when its off cold water still flows out of the bottom of the casing and also down the shower hose, have to keep my water turned off. anybody know what the problem is and can i fix it myself ? Single person fixed income and cant really afford a plumber, would appreciate any suggestions thanks
