How do I record digital night Vision images AVOUT on Bresser Monocular? ?

Hi I have a Bresser Monocular 5x50 (without recording with AV out for recording via external device) I have looked at various options but nothing tells me straight forward answer.
Instruction manual simply says by video camera or video recorder. The device needs to be portable I was thinking about Video Capture Sticks?? Then got confused by all this cable jargon - the only output on the Monocular is AV so I take it needs AV in which not many if any video cameras do, i bought a car DVR system - no use to me, someone mentioned NVR but they were expensive, can anyone advise me please, I am based in UK.

Think of your monocular as a video camera. One with a posh optic system, but a video camera nonetheless.
