how can i fix our tumble dryer Hotpoint "First Edition" TD11?

There is heat but the tumbler drum is not tumbling (on any setting!)

Does not appear to be any obstruction of the drum.

They have a belt to drive the drum around and a motor and the motor has a start capacitor.
