How can I fix my Toyota RS2000 sewing machine?

I cleaned my RS 2000machine for the first time, replaced with new needle, but now can't get bottom thread to not bunch up and leave loops underneath. Please help.

i presume you did thread it correctly and after threading pulled cotton up to make sure it is caught in top tension unit pressure discs, test like this after threading lower pressure foot and pull cotton towards side, some tension should be felt before cotton start pulling thru needle and needle stopped moving towards the side where you pulling thru,at bottom the bobbin case also should be able to hold the cotton without just pulling thru with ease, check both top and bottom for dirt or pieces of cotton
