Indesit IWD126 (uk) Whats wrong ?

Select Drain, 1,2,3,or 4. Spin & dry lights flash. Filter ok, new brushes fitted. heater elements, water valves, door lock, seem ok . conections & pcb all appear good.
What fault does the flashing lights indicate please ?
