without heater setting dryer working fine and continue running non stop,any selection of heat and machine will run for approx 30-40 seconds then trip main switch,changed complete heater element ,still the same

Follow the wiring from heater back to the control and look for any damage to wiring. Maybe shorted out somewhere.
