When I run my vacuum regularly, it has very little suction. But once I use the hose attachment, it seems to have extra suction. What's going on and how do I fix it?
Thanks for responding, but the belt and brush roller are both brand-new. Guess it's just time for a new vacuum.

Most likely your belt has broken or is worn out, making the brush roller ineffective. If you need a belt or any other parts, email us at arctic@worldlynx.net
