where can order parts?

I am looking to order Back Lights, Wiper Blades and Fuel Filter for Ford Iveco Cargo Horsebox 0813 (1991) but with no luck.
Can anyone recommend good supply but NOT Phillips Commercials LTD because I have Spoken with someone called PAUL and he was not helpful and rude. Thank you

For the rear lights have you considered using caravan/trailer type spares? Dunno how easy it would be to adapt to fit but an awful lot of commerciual vehicle and caravan/trailer lighhts just mount on a flat surface.
