The Regulator on my Aqualisa Quartz Electric 8.5 shower does not regulate the water when it is turned to cold. The boiler comes on at intermittent times, but when you attempt to turn the water heat down with the regulator, it only becomes cold for a few seconds, then the boiler kicks in again. Help!
