my washer start button comes on also the sensing light. but machine will not fill to wash. does both water lines have to be hooked up? does the sensor light stay on while machine is filling or does it go to wash? how much water goes in to tub(is it full or half full) it says it is cold water rinse on all loads. so does the cold water have to be turned on. we hear buzzing sound when it is turned on like it is trying to fill
