capacitor?

how do I change the capacitor for my white knight tumble dryer cl372wv

This is what you are looking for:

http://www.whiteknight-spares.co.uk/tumble-dryer/cl372wv-031237215190/capacitor-8uf/product.pl?pid=405904&path=660301&model_ref=892612

One nut holds it on and the wies are connected by push-on terminals.

How do you know the capacitor is the fault?

First locate the capacitor - take the cover off the back very probably.

Next look on Google and select Images - enter Start Run Capacitor to see what they look like - then find you machine's capacitor.

Then take a picture of it so you can tell how to wire the replacement correctly.

Then take it from the machine and read the specification.

1) Farads - microfarads written as uF
2) Voltage - the maximum rated voltage - no problem if the new one has a higher voltage

Then use Amazon to buy a new one.

Good Luck..., September 2016
