I removed IpInsight and now certain sites such as Yahoo mail does not work?

Norton detected IpInsight.exe - instructed me to go to my remove programs - SBC Yahoo/Connection Manager/IP Insight/Unistall - I did this and now certain web sites Yahoo mail, etc.. allow log on and then do not allow further camands, and some do not allow log on ? - How can I fix this (1) where or how can I get IPInsight.exe to reinstall or (2) how can I fix the my site access problems without reistalling IP Isight? - Help

IpInsight is not your problem. Something else must have been removed as well. I have removed IpInsight on several computers, including my own, without effect.
