How do I take apart the bottom of my Electrolux Discovery II Model 1500C?

I took the four screws out on the bottom of my Electrolux Discovery II model 1500C and the clips out by the wheels in back but still can't seem to get the two plastic covers apart and don't want break the plastic? Do you have any advice?

There may be a sealing strip - there may be a screw hidden under the sealing strip.
