Is there any one out there that repairs Honda satnav ?

I have a Honda CR-V 2006 model the sat nav is not working i.e.
Disc err I have tried cleaning no good I live on the Wirral, !!

My 2005 Honda Satnav screen reads DVD reading error when inserting the DVD. The DVD looks in good shape i.e. unscratched. I live in Wirral
