i have just bought a new battery for my van & fitted it this afternoon & now nothing works "no lights /wiper/ horn/ starter/ even the immobiliser & alarm does not work. every thing is dead.
new battery is fully charged & conected the right way riund
did you remove the plastic terminal covers before fitting leads!if you did then check that there is not a main fuse fitted in one of the large battery leads,i know that transits have one -may be your model has one.

It sounds like a bad connection,would double check terminals,also earths on engine/chassis, also it is not unusual to have a faulty new battery.
