Brand new Samsung Ecobubble WF80F5E2W4X showing 5E error code on trial run?

I have just installed aBrand new Samsung Ecobubble WF80F5E2W4X washing machine and tried to do the trial rinse and spin but it is showing the 5E error code and not draining. Does anyone know why this might be or experienced anything similar? Might the machine be faulty or have I not installed it properly?

Check the drain hose is not crushed and is not blocked on the outlet. Can you hear the drain pump running? If not then contact the shop before you attempt any repair as you may invalidate any warranty if you pull things apart.

If everything checks out , start a warranty claim aganst the retailer.
