Hotpoint Ultima Condenser CTD 80 error code F08?

Condenser drier cuts out very soon after starting and gives the error code F08 - have checked all filters are clean - any ideas

It is a relay on the board with the contacts welded in the closed position. Posibly due to a short. (static heater relay)
