It largely depends on the makle and miodel of TV which, for some reason, you decided not to tell us.
It is unlikely you can disable the child lock without the remote, however a quick look at the manual should tell you.
If you dont have a manual, you may be able to find one online for yourmake and model. It is possible someone could have done that and posted a link here. Unfortunately you decided not to tell us the make/model.
If you don't have a full remote, you may be able to get one for a reasonable price from EBay, Amazon or one of the many online remote specialist suppliers. Make sure you get the correct one for your make and model of TV, which you decided not to tell us.
