I have a Bissell Power steamer 1697 8804 series carpet cleaner everything works except the suction, the last time i used it suction worked just fine. When i started to use it today no suction for both floor and tool, i can feel air being pulled between the 2-in-1 water tank and the base and I've followed everything the user's guide has in it, how can i fix this?
